CDR Site Visit, London Climate Action Week

​Join us for a guided tour of a carbon capture pilot plant, a four-storey industrial facility in South Kensington used by leading research institutions and industrial organizations to develop and test the technology at the heart of BECCS and DACCS.

​Led by Dr. Colin Hale, Senior Teaching Fellow in Chemical Engineering at Imperial, the tour covers how direct air capture and absorption-based carbon capture works in practice, a walk through the plant itself, and a live demonstration of the state-of-the-art ABB control room where every variable in the capture process is monitored and controlled in real time.

​This is a working research facility. Expect real equipment, real data, and real answers.
