This session combines mindset and methodology. We’ll explore how to shift from anxiety-driven thinking to curiosity-led exploration through simple, hands-on reframing exercises — replacing urgency and judgment with attention, openness, and play.
Come have a glass of wine and bring your ideas, half-finished projects, or just your curiosity. Share what you’re working on, see what others are creating, and leave with new sparks (and maybe a new connection or two).
