About Event

This event marks the beginning of a series of Aliveness Research Circles connected to my Masters research in Applied Positive Psychology (University of Pennsylvania).

As part of my graduate research, I am exploring the question: What does it mean to feel fully alive, and what are the key dimensions of aliveness?

This circle is designed as a community dialogue space where participants can reflect on and discuss themes related to aliveness, while I gather lived perspectives that help inform and refine my research.

This is a space for anyone who is interested in:

  • Reflecting on what “aliveness” means in their own life

  • Engaging in thoughtful dialogue around purpose, authenticity, and connection

  • Exploring research-informed themes in a supportive community setting

What to Expect

  • A short research-informed sharing at the beginning of each session

  • Guided reflection prompts

  • Small-group discussions to explore personal experiences

  • Collective dialogue around themes emerging from the research

Location
540 Laguna St, San Francisco + Astrology Lounge
