This session
Move with intention. Let form emerge.
What happens when you pay closer attention to how you move — not how it looks?
This session invites you into a focused exploration of movement quality, coordination, and presence. Rather than learning steps or routines, you’ll be guided to notice patterns, shifts, and relationships within your own movement — and how they change over time.
The exact structure remains a surprise. What’s certain is a calm, well-held space that encourages precision without pressure, curiosity without judgement, and movement without performance.
Sessions can feel attentive, exploratory, grounding, or quietly challenging. Each unfolds differently, offering room to refine awareness, experiment with new possibilities, and reconnect body and attention.
No prior experience is required. Participation is always self-paced, with space to observe, adapt, or rest when needed.
Today's guide
This session is guided by a Berlin-based contemporary movement practitioner with an international background across Israel and Europe.
His training spans capoeira, acrobatics, Afro-Brazilian movement practices, and contemporary dance, alongside formal studies in performance and movement research. He has worked with established dance companies and choreographers across Germany and Europe, and continues to explore movement through both artistic and biomechanical perspectives.
His approach centres on clarity, attentiveness, and sustainable movement, creating environments where participants can deepen awareness and explore movement intelligently, without pressure to perform.
Practical notes
Clothing: Comfortable clothing recommended. Expect floor-based and standing movement.
Beverages: Light beverages provided (please eat beforehand). Bring your own water bottle. No alcohol allowed.
Health & pregnancy: This session involves gentle but exploratory movement, sometimes close to the floor. Participation is always voluntary and can be adapted, but if you are pregnant, we recommend checking in with us beforehand to see whether this session feels right for you.
Accessibility: The venue is wheelchair accessible. This session explores movement in varied forms and levels, including floor-based work. While participation is always optional, the session may not be fully accessible to all mobility needs. If you use a wheelchair or have specific access requirements, please reach out in advance so we can explore what’s possible together.
Bring a +1: You can purchase a ticket for friends via Luma or they can book their own ticket separately.

What is Uncommon Club?
Uncommon Club creates guided group sessions built around shared novelty, doing something unfamiliar together, in a way that feels safe, human, and intentional.
We believe that when people step into a new experience at the same time, without knowing exactly what will happen, habits soften, curiosity opens, and connection becomes more natural.
That’s why Uncommon Club sessions are:
carefully guided and consent-led,
designed around presence rather than performance,
and kept partly a surprise.
What Uncommon Club is, and isn’t
Uncommon Club is:
✅ A guided, facilitator-led group experience
✅ Focused on curiosity, embodiment, and human connection
✅ Structured, consent-led, and psychologically safe
Uncommon Club is not:
❌ A party or club night
❌ An intense fitness class
❌ A networking event
❌ A sexual setting
❌ Therapy, counselling, or treatment
How our sessions work
Every Uncommon Club session is carefully guided and unfolds in phases

Arrive, settle, and land in the space and group.
Phase 2️⃣ — Warm-up
Gentle invitations help you arrive in your body and the moment.
Phase 3️⃣ — Exploration (Core Experience)
The heart of the session. Playful, embodied and surprising.
Phase 4️⃣ — Reflection
We slow things down and let the experience settle.
Phase 5️⃣ — Closing & Connection
A clear closing moment, with space to linger.. or leave quietly.
