Bio of Special Guest : Samuel Hassine CEO Co-Founder of Filigran
"Samuel Hassine is the CEO and the co-founder of Filigran, a fast-growing European Cybersecurity software vendor developing cutting-edge solutions for cyber threat management and he has a background in Cyber Threat Intelligence and Crisis Management. Together with co-founder Julien Richard, CTI, they built-OpenCTI in 2019 as an open-source project and founded the company in 2022 due to broad adoption and high demand from large Enterprise and Governments for further enhancements and features, and support. Since founding the company, they successfully completed Series A, B and C funding rounds with Accel, Insight Partners, Eurazeo, Deutsche Telekom to name a few, and expanded its operations to over 10 countries with over 200 global staff. Filigran partners with many Governments, Ministries of Defence, Law Enforcement, Intelligence Agencies and Large Enterprises throughout the Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and the Americas.
Prior to starting Filigran he was Head of Cyber Threat Intelligence at the French Cybersecurity Agency (ANSSI) where during his 5 year tenure he was responsible for the CTI function which included planning and driving of the strategy of cyber-attack operating modes (TTPs) analysis (operational and tactical), research and track attackers’ groups targeting France, and perform threat assessments based on network and system forensics, incidents, reports and logs of detection sensors.
