About Event

Everyone is experimenting with AI tools. But very few workflows actually survive real work.

Over the past two years, Vanessa Dreifuss, co-founder and CEO of AI Vibe, has integrated AI into nearly every part of her work, from strategy and research to the unglamorous mechanics of running a company: accounting, timesheets, document cleanup, and operational admin. Some workflows became indispensable. Many others disappeared.

In this talk, she shares the AI workflows that stuck.

Just as importantly, she’ll cover the experiments that failed and what she stopped doing, because the fastest way to get value from AI is often knowing what not to automate.

The session also connects these personal workflows to broader patterns observed across organizations. Research from the AI Vibe Global GenAI Index shows that most barriers to AI impact are organizational, ranging from unclear ownership to a lack of training and time for experimentation.

Whether you’re a freelancer, startup founder, or working inside a large company, you’ll leave with practical ways to integrate AI into your work without getting lost in the noise.

About Vanessa Dreifuss

Vanessa Dreifuss is the co-founder and CEO of AI Vibe, a company helping organizations measure and improve how they adopt generative AI.

She previously served as Chief Product Officer at Unito, a data integration SaaS platform, where she scaled the product and marketing teams and launched dozens of integrations powering modern AI workflows. Earlier, she worked at Element AI, helping translate cutting-edge AI research into enterprise products and partnerships.

Through AI Vibe, Vanessa works with organizations to assess how AI is actually used across executives, managers, and individual contributors, and to turn scattered experiments into initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
