​Last Friday, a crew of builders from Seoul took over a house in Shanghai's Koreatown and threw a party that lasted until sunrise. They're from nonce — a builder community in Gangnam, Seoul, with a hacker house called nonce Genesis. Their slogan: "basecamp for future rebels."

​Two of nonce's co-founders stayed in Shanghai. Tonight, they're coming to the 706 Hub to swap notes.

​Joon Jung (CEO of MVNT, building the world's first dance-generation AI model) and Gen Lee (Network State builder, nonce co-founder) will sit down with us for an honest exchange: two cities, two builder communities, one question — what happens when we stop competing and start cross-pollinating?
