About Event

Don’t Apply. Build Signal.

Most students are still applying for internships the old way — resumes, job boards, and hoping for a response. It’s not working.

In this open workshop, we’ll show you a different approach: Opportunity Engineering — a practical system for earning internships — and other exciting opportunities — through proof of work, signal, and trust.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Build real proof of work (projects, simulations, case studies) that demonstrate your thinking

  • Do targeted outreach that leads to real conversations (not ghosting)

  • Turn advice into momentum by iterating and showing progress

  • Build trust and signal through consistent, visible output

  • Create signal projects — solving a real problem for a company (AI tools, redesigns, mini-consulting) to get their attention

  • Convert conversations into actual roles, internships, and paid opportunities

This isn’t about getting lucky. It’s about designing your own path.

If you’re a high school or university student trying to break into competitive fields — this is the playbook.
