About Event

Building what you care about can take a lot out of you. The meetings, the decisions, the context-switching, and the pressure to keep moving…it all adds up. And most of us don't stop until we have to.

This is an invitation to actually stop. Sometimes that's exactly what we need to keep going.

Join us on Saturday morning for a two-hour wellness experience to decompress and come up for air. Guided breathwork to reset your nervous system and intuitive drawing to clear your head.

Nervous system regulation directly impacts decision-making, leadership capacity, and burnout prevention. That's exactly what we're here for.


What You Can Expect

9:30 AM — Arrive & settle in. Find your spot in the park, meet the people around you, and immerse yourself in nature.

10:00 AM — Guided breathwork with Arianna. A coach and somatic breathwork practitioner from LA. Lie down and be taken through an active practice set to curated music which is designed to move you out of your head and back into your body.

10:30 AM — Intuitive drawing with Michelle. No art experience required. Through a series of prompts, you'll get what you've been carrying onto paper whether that’s a decision, a direction, or something that hasn't found its shape yet. Journal prompts help you translate what comes up into something you can act on. Michelle also shares how she uses AI tools to interpret her own drawings and gain clarity, it’s a simple practice you can take home.

11:00 AM — Optional group share and a gentle close. Leave with something on paper that wasn't there before.


What to Bring 🎨📓

A journal, something to draw with (pencils, markers, whatever feels right), a blanket or yoga mat, and a water bottle. We're outdoors so dress for the weather.

As an Intuitive Business Strategist, Michelle blends business and spirituality into her work and guides her clients (founders, creatives, healers, coaches, solopreneurs) to execute their visions with ease and joy.

With over a decade of corporate experience, she brings a grounded, firsthand understanding of burnout, self-doubt, and the pressure to perform. Her approach goes beyond the mind, working with the body to create lasting, meaningful change.
