This is a hands-on workshop designed for small and medium businesses, or entrepreneurial individuals who want to set up OpenClaw as a practical, 24/7 AI assistant for real business workflows. No technical background needed.
In this session, we will guide you step by step to set up your first workflow using Clawdbot/OpenClaw so you leave with something working, not just ideas.
*Spots are limited since we will be helping people onsite - we will also be giving away a Mac mini to a lucky participant!
What you will build during the workshop
You will choose and set up one real workflow for your business, such as:
Content generation, marketing automation, and SEO workflows
Lead qualification and CRM automation
Market research and competitive intelligence
Data analysis and reporting workflows
Hiring and candidate screening assistants
Trading and prediction market research (crypto)
AI workflows using tools like Nano Banano Pro, Eleven Labs, Google Flow
What we will cover:
Step-by-step setup of your first workflow (live, guided)
Best practices for business use
Connecting OpenClaw to your existing tools (Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.)
Real examples and use cases from other businesses
We will also break into small groups so you can brainstorm with others in similar industries and get direct support while building.

3:00pm - 4:00pm OpenClaw Setup (Hands-On Installation)
4:00pm - 5:00pm Business Use Case Idea Jam Breakout Groups
Prerequisites:
Please bring laptop that can browse the internet (WiFi may be unstable, personal hotspot may be necessary)
If you have a Mac mini, you can bring on site. We will have a separate station for Mac Minis.
Note: We will be going over security and privacy practices, and the workflow we set up together will not include private data.
