

Rayls Hackathon #2 | EthCC, Cannes
The Rayls Developer Program returns at EthCC Cannes, hosted in an exclusive Chateau on the French Riviera.
This is not a typical hackathon. Every participating team will receive sovereign access to a Rayls Privacy Node: a private, institution-grade blockchain with a built-in bridge to the Rayls Public L1. Your challenge is to build the complete pipeline, from confidential asset creation, through AI-governed disclosure, to live public market trading.
Approved participants will be provided with meals, accommodation, and refreshments for the full duration. The event closes with an unmissable Happy Hour on Sunday evening.

What you will build
Each team receives a dedicated Privacy Node, a sovereign chain that belongs to your institution alone. Nothing you deploy there is visible to the outside world until you decide to disclose it. Your mission is to take an asset from invisible to tradeable, with AI agents governing every step of the reveal.
Design Privately
Deploy rich, complex assets on your sovereign Privacy Node. Full metadata, access rules, private balances. Nobody sees anything yet.
AI Attestation
An AI agent inspects your asset and produces a signed proof of existence, posted to the public chain without exposing private details.
Governance & Approval
Submit for institutional disclosure review. An AI compliance agent evaluates the asset and produces a structured recommendation for human approval.
Bridge & Simplify
Once approved, your complex private asset crosses to the Public L1 in a simplified, tradeable form. You decide what gets revealed.
List & Trade
Deploy a marketplace on the Public L1. Your once-invisible asset is now publicly discoverable — with full AI-attested provenance.
Three challenges to choose from
1.RWA Tokenization
Tokenize a real-world asset - bond, invoice, fund share - privately. An AI compliance agent reviews it before it ever goes public. Bridge a clean receipt token to the marketplace.

2.Confidential NFT Reveal
Mint a high-value digital asset with fully private metadata. An AI oracle attests its existence on-chain. The asset reveals itself to buyers, but only after they purchase.

3.Autonomous Institution Agent
Build an AI agent that runs an entire institutional treasury: detecting assets, attesting them, submitting governance, bridging, and listing autonomously. Humans watch; the agent operates.

How projects are judged
Sovereignty
Did you use the Privacy Node's private space meaningfully? Would any of this be possible on a standard public chain?
Disclosure Design
How thoughtfully did you decide what to expose publicly vs. keep private? Does the split reflect real institutional logic?
AI Integration
Is the AI doing real, verifiable work, attesting, reviewing, orchestrating with on-chain artifacts to prove it?
Public Market Viability
Is the marketplace usable? Does it communicate provenance and trust in a way a real buyer would understand?
Working Prototype
Does it run? Live demos under pressure are how the best builders distinguish themselves. Are the transactions visible on the explorers?
