A unique program supported by Tokyo Metropolitan Government where global founders and Japanese entrepreneurs to pitch business ideas to create business opportunities.
This is not just another networking event—it’s a hands-on experience designed to build meaningful relationships through startup mini-pitches that could lead into the next phase of collaboration.
Startup mini-pitches centered on “shared challenges” and “social impact”
Pitch format alternating between English and Japanese

Speakers
🎤 Oya Koc, Oyraa Inc.（Founder&CEO） – Keynote Speaker
Oya Koc is the Founder & CEO of Oyraa Inc., Originally from Turkey, Oya Koc earned her Master’s degree from the University of Tokyo and worked as a management and strategy consultant at BCG before founding Oyraa Inc. in 2017. She launched an on-demand interpretation platform connecting interpreters and users, and in recent years has been focusing on developing AI-powered interpretation using language data. She has been actively involved in numerous public and private projects supporting multicultural coexistence and foreign residents in Japan, including those led by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. In 2024, she was awarded Nikkei Woman of the Year and has been featured in many media outlets such as Forbes Japan.

🎤 コチュ・オヤ 氏（株式会社Oyraa） – キーノートスピーカー
オヤ・コチ氏は、トルコ出身。東京大学大学院修了後、BCGでの経営・戦略コンサルタント経験を経て、2017年に株式会社Oyraaを創業。通訳者とユーザーをつなぐオンデマンド通訳プラットフォームを展開し、近年は言語データを活用したAI通訳の開発にも注力。経済産業省をはじめとする官民の多文化共生・外国人支援プロジェクトに数多く参画し、社会課題の解決に取り組む。2024年には日経「ウーマン・オブ・ザ・イヤー」を受賞。Forbes Japanなど多くのメディアにも掲載。
