​⚡️Yes, And… Embracing Improv Intelligence: Listen Better. Adapt Faster. Communicate Clearly

​Technology is hard. Working with people is harder. In this session, we will explore three foundational rules of improv that can change your approach to teamwork, collaboration and communication. We’ll also play some improv games to put into practice what we learn about. This session is for any person that works with some form of intelligence, either human or artificial.

​Francesca Lubrino

​Francesca is a product management leader with over eight years of experience building and scaling delightful digital products across various industries like education, adtech and real estate.  In addition she is an actor, improviser and sketch comedy writer having trained at American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Art House Productions and Kentucky Shakespeare. Improv credits include murder mystery dinner theater, member of Louisville’s first sketch comedy group and a mom of two toddlers. Follow Francesca on LinkedIn.
