Startup Career Fair: Aerospace & Defense connects ambitious students, young professionals, and military veterans with innovative startups shaping the future of aerospace, defense, and deep technology.
Following the success of four previous editions organized by the Aerospace & Defense Lab, the 2026 event will be expanded to welcome a larger and more diverse audience.
This year, the fair will take place at the Vorhoelzer Forum in central Munich, making it easily accessible for students and professionals from across the city.
The event is designed to create an open and engaging environment where visitors can discover innovative companies, explore career opportunities, and connect directly with founders, engineers, and recruiters.
Participation for visitors is free.
