Beyond the Pilot: Leading the Next Business Shift
A decision system for scaling emerging technology, and a framework for turning it into business growth
🗓️ 10 September 2026
🕙 10:00– 11:00 AM GMT+7
📍 Attendance options: Online
An exclusive 60-minute workshop for technology, digital, innovation and business leaders deciding what emerging technology to pilot, how to move it toward production, and what it means for business strategy and growth.
Participation is limited to keep the discussion focused and practical.
⭐ Why this workshop matters
From predictive AI, generative AI and agentic AI to blockchain, tokenisation and quantum technologies, emerging technologies are advancing at very different levels of maturity. Understanding what's new is no longer the hard part. The hard part is deciding what to do about it, and what it means for the business.
For technology and innovation leaders, that means separating genuine maturity from hype, screening which use cases deserve investment, and knowing when a pilot is ready to move toward production.
For CEOs and business leaders, that means determining where value is shifting, what must change in the core business, and which new opportunities deserve real investment rather than another isolated pilot.
This workshop brings both questions into one room. It introduces a practical decision system for evaluating emerging technology, then connects that system directly to the business decisions that follow: what to protect, what to transform, and where to build new growth.
🎯 What you will learn in 45 minutes
Separate genuine technology maturity from market hype
Evaluate use cases across Task Fit, Adoption Readiness, Human Control and Ownership
Decide whether to stop, prepare, pilot or scale
Determine whether a capability should be bought, co-built or owned
Identify technology shifts affecting customers, costs and value chains
Decide what to protect, transform or build in the core business
Separate isolated technology initiatives from genuine business transformation
Establish the operating model and governance needed to move from ideas to production
