The AI Workforce Shift
How work is changing before the organisation chart does
🗓️ 9 September 2026
🕙 10:00–10:45 AM GMT+7
📍 Attendance options: Online or in person by request
An exclusive 45-minute workshop for HR and people leaders navigating the impact of AI on jobs, skills, performance and workforce planning.
Participation is limited to approximately 30 leaders to keep the discussion focused and practical.
⭐ Why this workshop matters
AI is not only creating demand for new technical skills. It is changing how work is structured, distributed and evaluated—often before organisations have updated their job architecture, capability plans or performance systems.
The more immediate question is not simply, “Which jobs will disappear?” It is:
Which tasks will be automated or augmented?
Which roles need to be redesigned?
Which capabilities will become more important?
How should employee performance be evaluated when AI contributes to the result?
When should organisations reskill, redeploy, recruit or access external talent?
Drawing on GenAI Fund’s State of AI Builders in Southeast Asia 2026, regional workforce patterns and practical enterprise implementation experience, this workshop will help HR leaders move from observing the AI workforce shift to planning a practical response.
🎯 What you will learn in 45 minutes
