GTM Hackathon Berlin | powered by Apify and Bella&Bona
Detect the signal. Build the agent. One day, one question, one goal.
What buying signal can you detect that nobody else sees, and what does your agent do about it in the next 60 seconds?
Everyone in GTM is buying the same intent data from the same three vendors and calling it an edge. The teams that win find their signal where nobody is looking and act on it before anyone notices. That is the whole day.
Who this is for
You will feel at home here if you are a developer, a GTM engineer, a RevOps person who writes code, a data engineer, a growth engineer, or a founder doing their own outbound.
The strongest teams mix people who know which signals matter with people who can build the thing by 18:00. You do not need to be a full-time engineer, and you do not need to know anything about sales.
You do need to be someone who builds rather than someone who watches. Come with a team or find one at the event.
The three tracks
1 · Capture — find a signal nobody is using
Job posts, changelogs, conference attendee lists, GitHub stars, podcast guests, planning permits, regulatory filings, hiring freezes. Judged on originality and whether the signal is actually predictive of anything.
2 · Act — close the loop
Signal to enrichment to decision to action, running end to end without a human in the middle. Judged on whether it works live in your demo.
3 · Weird signals — out of the box thinking
The most unexpected data source that turns out to genuinely work. This is the open track.
How you get judged
We publish the criteria upfront because guessing what judges want is a waste of your day.
Originality - would a GTM team have thought of this? How does it go beyond best practices?
The Monday test - would a revenue team actually use/deploy this next Monday?
Reliability - how it behaves when it is wrong, and whether it would survive contact with GDPR
It runs - demoed live, not a slide describing what it would do
Expert panel
Before the award ceremony, we hand the stage to a panel of experts from the GTM space, including successful founders and leaders from the companies building this stack. They will dig into where GTM is heading. If you just want to enjoy the evening join our evening event.

Organizers
Bella&Bona runs premium office catering and corporate food programmes in Berlin and Munich: managed canteens, pop up restaurants and pantry services. They are hosting the space and feeding the room for the day.
Co-Learning Club is a Berlin community of over 1,000 people who learn by building. We run hands on practical events on all topics around AI.
Main Partner
Apify is the platform for web scraping and data extraction, with a store of ready made scrapers called Actors for almost any site you can think of. If your signal lives somewhere on the open web, Apify is how you get it out. Apify sets and judges the Capture track.
Partners
n8n is the workflow automation platform behind millions of automations worldwide, built in Berlin and one of the most loved open source projects in the space. If you have ever wired two systems together and had it just work, there is a good chance n8n was underneath it.
Featherless is a serverless AI platform that runs thousands of open source models, from DeepSeek to Qwen to Kimi, with no servers to manage. It's where you go when you want to try a new model today instead of next week.
