About Event

Detect the signal. Build the agent. One day, one question, 100 builders.

What buying signal can you detect that nobody else sees, and what does your agent do about it in the next 60 seconds?

Everyone in GTM is buying the same intent data from the same three vendors and calling it an edge. The teams that win find their signal where nobody is looking and act on it before anyone notices. That is the whole day.

Who this is for

You will feel at home here if you are a developer, a GTM engineer, a RevOps person who writes code, a data engineer, a growth engineer, or a founder doing their own outbound.

The strongest teams mix people who know which signals matter with people who can build the thing by 18:00. You do not need to be a full-time engineer, and you do not need to know anything about sales.

You do need to be someone who builds rather than someone who watches. Come with a team or find one at the event.

The three tracks

1 · Capture — find a signal nobody is using

Job posts, changelogs, conference attendee lists, GitHub stars, podcast guests, planning permits, regulatory filings, hiring freezes. Judged on originality and whether the signal is actually predictive of anything.

2 · Act — close the loop

Signal to enrichment to decision to action, running end to end without a human in the middle. Judged on whether it works live in your demo.

3 · Weird signals — audience voted

The most unexpected data source that turns out to genuinely work. This is the track people talk about afterwards.

How you get judged

We publish the criteria upfront because guessing what judges want is a waste of your day.

  • Signal originality - would a real GTM team have thought of this?

  • It runs - demoed live, not a slide describing what it would do

  • The Monday test - could a revenue team actually use this next Monday?

  • Craft - how it behaves when it is wrong, and whether it would survive contact with GDPR

That last one is a real criterion, not a footnote. We are running this in Germany with a room full of people enriching contact data. Sourcing signals in a way that holds up legally is part of the challenge, not an obstacle to it.
