Open Studio | Coffey Architects
Known for their thoughtful, light-driven architecture, Coffey Architects will open their studio to emerging creatives interested in how design can shape meaningful and environmentally conscious spaces. This Open Studio will offer insight into how the practice transforms research and narrative into built work across cultural, residential, and public projects.
Students and recent graduates are invited to share selected portfolio pieces and receive supportive feedback from the team, with a focus on clarity of ideas, representation, and communicating design storylines, with a chance to network towards the end.
Coffey Architects is an award-winning studio with two decades of expertise across a range of sectors and design disciplines. We design places that connect people to their environment.
How It Works
An Open Studio typically involves an introductory presentation by our host practice and meeting the team members and mentors who will be providing feedback to you on your applications.
Participants will be split into small groups to ask specific questions about their CVs and portfolios as well as engage with their peers.
We require attendees to bring physical portfolios for richer discussions. Each person will receive feedback for up to 15 minutes.
