About Event

This event is a part of #BelfastTechWeek - a week of events curated by the tech community, for the tech community

Join us for a dynamic panel discussion on “Safeguarding Your Future as a Woman in Tech”, hosted in partnership with Women in Data as we prepare to launch the Northern Ireland Chapter.

This event will explore the real challenges women face in the tech industry today, ranging from job insecurity and return-to-work barriers, to the persistent lack of flexible working and misconceptions around equality.

We’ll challenge the idea that equality means sameness, and instead advocate for the targeted support needed to thrive.

With a strong focus on building community, this event is a rallying call for local women in tech to come together, share experiences, and take action to future-proof their careers. We would like to bring some real scenarios to the table and get the panels advice on how to overcome them.

We also want to invite everyone to join Women In Data NI and get involved in the launch events (coming soon…)!!!
