Join us every month for Connecting with Emotion, a thoughtfully facilitated gathering designed to help you slow down, tune in, and connect with yourself and with others. In a city shaped by speed, innovation, and constant reinvention, this evening offers a pause. Through gentle grounding, guided reflection, and small-group conversation, we’ll explore how emotions show up in our bodies, our work, our decisions, and our relationships.
We’ll begin by settling into the space together, creating a shared container rooted in presence, respect, and curiosity. From there, you’ll be invited into reflective practices, first reconnecting with a moment of emotion, then exploring a feeling that’s currently present in your life. You’ll have time to listen, to be witnessed, and to practice holding space for others, without fixing, advising, or performing.
No prior experience is needed. Sharing is always optional. Passing is always welcome.
