fall equinox journaling w/ @journalingclasses
Join @journalingclasses in the CraftNook for an intentional evening of journaling, collaging, and slowing down as wind down from summer and welcome the season ahead.
Emily will guide you through a series of mindful journaling prompts to reflect on the summer you’ve lived — what you want to hold onto, what you’re ready to leave behind, and what you want to carry with you into fall. From there, we’ll move from words to visuals, creating collages inspired by what came up when we put pen to paper.
Think of it as a creative pause between seasons: a chance to reflect, make something with your hands, and intentionally step into what’s next.
What to Expect:
Guided journaling prompts focused on reflecting on summer, seasonal transition, and intentions for fall
Junk journaling & collaging using your own journal and provided premium materials
Time to slow down and create with all materials provided
A warm, welcoming community to reflect and make alongside
This is for you if…
You want to take a moment to actually reflect on the summer before rushing into fall
You’re craving a creative reset as the seasons begin to shift
You want to explore journaling in a way that feels visual, playful, and hands-on
You love storytelling, introspection, and making something out of what you’re feeling
You believe scissors, glue, magazine cutouts, and putting pen to paper can be their own form of mindfulness
You’re ready to make a little space for what you want the next season to hold
