Economic uncertainty, shifting political winds, and increasing demands on civil society are forcing organizations to make hard decisions, fast — often with limited resources and unclear guidance.

​This 90-minute session is designed to meet that moment.

​We’ll begin with a quick but powerful snapshot of today’s operating landscape, as Civic Strength Partners and Humentum share key numbers and signals from the field that reveal where our sector is strained — and where urgent attention is needed.

​Then, we’ll move into small-group “Resilience Labs”, where facilitators will guide participants through real-world organizational challenges. You’ll have the chance to reflect, problem-solve, and compare approaches with peers navigating similar pressures.

​Together, we’ll explore:

• ​Where might untapped potential be hiding?

• ​What can we do this week to strengthen our resilience?
