4:30 · Tutorials + onboarding 15-minute tutorials to get everybody situated.
5:00 · Presentation + kickoff The hackathon begins.
6:30 · PRD due 🔒 Every team submits their PRD in the platform. Once it's in, the mission objective is locked. No changing it.
9:30 · Final submissions 🔒 Hard cutoff via the platform.
10:00 · Top finalists announced
10:00 to 10:30 · Presentations 3 minutes each. Live products only, no slides.
10:30 to 11:00 · Winners 🏆 Winning team announced on stage. Photos. Close.
