New models, novel datasets, early stage products, unpolished ideas - expect it all. The line-up is open for live demos, so we invite you to come with an idea to share with the group - it must be <5 minutes.
A few topics we'd like demos to address:
Mechanistic interpretability applied to ML climate models - can we recover new physics from model internals?
Real-world deployments - what's been rolled out and what measurable impact has it had? Bonus points for extreme field environments.
ML-based observation and data assimilation models - novel foundation model are ok, generic ones are not.
AI applications to de-risking solar radiation management and climate interventions before they leave the lab.
Reliability and uncertainty quantification in ML forecasting models.
