SENTIENT is a cinematic meditation offering a new perspective on what each of us can do to solve our world’s most pressing ecological and socio-economic problems, through reconnection with something bigger than our individual selves. SENTIENT looks at our human societal myths of Economy, Capitalism, and Money, and shows that just as we have created these myths, we can un-create them, challenging us to see a different narrative for the future.
We are currently in the midst of an ecological crisis on a scale of which we have never seen. One in which the choices we make over the next few decades will determine the fate of our species, and have the power to dramatically affect all life on Earth. One of the biggest factors underlying this crisis is a feature of our common worldview; that we are separate from each other, and from the larger systems that sustain life on this planet as a whole. By illustrating our interconnectedness and offering practical solutions, Sentient shows us that in fact it is the opposite; that we need each other now more than ever, and that each of us are a vital part of the ultimate solution.
Over the past 7 years Sentient has been an almost completely self funded project, driven by a 2 person team. This year, we completed a full 93min picture locked cut of the film, and are in the last stages of post production: Color Grading, Motion Graphics & VFX, Sound Mixing, OST Creation, and Licensing, etc.
At this stage, our goal is to share a first glimpse of the film with the world - not only to spark inspiration and dialogue, but also to connect with potential investors, sponsors, and collaborators who share our vision and are interested in helping us bring Sentient to completion.

SENTIENT คือภาพยนตร์เชิงสมาธิที่นำเสนอแง่มุมใหม่ในการมองว่าเราทุกคนสามารถทำอะไรได้บ้างเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมและเศรษฐกิจ-สังคมที่เร่งด่วนที่สุดของโลก ผ่านการฟื้นฟูความเชื่อมโยงกับสิ่งที่ยิ่งใหญ่กว่าตัวตนของเราเพียงลำพัง SENTIENT ตั้งคำถามต่อมายาคติทางสังคมของมนุษย์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น “เศรษฐกิจ ทุนนิยม และเงินตรา” และชี้ให้เห็นว่าในเมื่อเราเป็นผู้สร้างมายาคติเหล่านี้ขึ้นมาได้ เราก็สามารถ “เลิกเชื่อ” และสร้างเรื่องเล่าใหม่เพื่ออนาคตได้เช่นกัน

ตลอดเวลา 7 ปีที่ผ่านมา Sentient เป็นโครงการที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนเกือบทั้งหมดจากเงินทุนส่วนตัว ขับเคลื่อนโดยทีมงานเพียง 2 คน ปีนี้เราได้สร้างสรรค์ภาพยนตร์ฉบับเต็ม ความยาว 93 นาที เสร็จสิ้นในขั้น picture lock และกำลังเข้าสู่ช่วงสุดท้ายของงาน post-production ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการปรับสี (Color Grading), งานกราฟิกเคลื่อนไหวและเอฟเฟ็กต์ภาพ (Motion Graphics & VFX), การมิกซ์เสียง, การสร้างดนตรีประกอบ (OST), และการจัดการลิขสิทธิ์ต่าง ๆ
ในขั้นตอนนี้ เป้าหมายของเราคือการเปิดเผยภาพแรกของภาพยนตร์สู่สายตาผู้ชมทั่วโลก—ไม่เพียงเพื่อจุดประกายแรงบันดาลใจและการสนทนา แต่ยังเพื่อเชื่อมโยงกับนักลงทุน ผู้สนับสนุน และผู้ร่วมงานที่มีวิสัยทัศน์เดียวกัน และพร้อมจะช่วยเรานำ Sentient ไปสู่ความสมบูรณ์อย่างแท้จริง
