NYC Membership Launch: The Sexual Health & Reproductive Rights Bar Association

​​​We are delighted to invite you to the launch of the Sexual Health and Reproductive Rights Bar Association.

​​The time is now for legal professionals to unite for sexual health & reproductive rights. By collaborating across practices and jurisdictions, we can share resources, spark innovation, and build a powerful, unified front to protect access to care.

​​​​In this spirit, we invite you to the table to collaborate and ideate with passionate like-minded attorneys and allies in New York City.

​​​Natalie Birnbaum, Esq. and Melissa Torres-Montoya, J.D., M.P.H will lead the evening's discussion as we take this first step in co-creating the nation's first and only bar association dedicated to sexual health and reproductive health, rights and justice.

​​​​What to expect? Networking, hors d'oeuvres, art, and poetry centering on sexual health, and, of course, a fabulous bar in downtown NYC.

​We're delighted to announce that Molly Duane, the Litigation Director of Amplify Legal, the litigation arm of Abortion In America, will be our featured keynote.

Molly is a lawyer, public health professional, and an expert on legal rights during pregnancy. Molly spent a decade litigating constitutional cases under federal and state law at the Center for Reproductive Rights, where she was lead attorney in Zurawski v. Texas. Molly was named to the TIME 100 Next list in 2024.
