AI x Bio has no shortage of big claims. So we’re opening the floor to talk openly about what is actually working and what is (still) hype.
On the first evening of Jefferies week, Monday, Nov 16, Inkef Capital and Nebius are bringing together people from across AI and life sciences: techbio founders, early stage and scale-up biotech teams, AI and data leaders from large pharma, and investors from both life sciences and tech.
A few questions we want to get into: Are AI biotechs really becoming cheaper to build? Where does the defensibility sit: the model, proprietary data, the experimental loop, or the resulting drug assets? Will Claude eat part of the specialist AI biotech stack? And as models and datasets get larger, how much do compute costs and infrastructure shape what companies can actually build?
We already have a great mix taking shape, with participants joining from Novo Nordisk, J&J, alongside teams from Isomorphic Labs, Relation Therapeutics, LabGenius, ExpressionEdits and CardiaTec, and investors including SoftBank, Speedinvest, IQ Capital and Ananda Ventures.
No formal program. Just high-quality networking in Shoreditch with drinks, food and plenty of time to meet and talk.
