Color & Chill: A Wellness Experience
What is Color & Chill?
Color & Chill™ is an intentionally curated wellness experience designed for rest, creativity, and connection. This is more than just a coloring event. It is an invitation to slow down, unplug, and pour back into yourself.
Set in a thoughtfully selected space, you will be welcomed into an atmosphere that feels calm, cozy, yet energizing. Expect soulful music from a live DJ, a grounding wellness experience such as a sound bath or guided moment of rest, nourishing food and refreshments, and the simple joy of coloring with Illustrated Melanin™ coloring books provided for you.
Every detail of Color & Chill™ is designed with care. From supporting local, BIPOC-owned vendors to creating space for meaningful conversation and quiet reflection, this experience centers your well-being and reminds you that rest is resistance and necessary for our continued care.
Who's it for?
This gathering is for those who are craving community without pressure, creativity without rules, and a moment to breathe deeply and be present. Whether you come solo, with a friend, or bring a date, you will leave feeling lighter, more connected, and creatively restored. All are welcome!

A guided wellness experience (suggested: bring mat or blanket for sound bath)

We're giving back!
The organization we chose to giveback for this month's Color & Chill™ event is, We Are Happy Period!
Moved to movement by the site of a homeless woman free-bleeding, wearing blood stained clothes as she crossed the street, we received the idea to create our organization in 2015. We learned of the limited access and supply of menstrual products and donations for those experiencing homelessness or that have low-income. In 2020, we launched our new programming centering menstrual health education to challenge institutions attitudes on the importance of menstruation.
