We Are All Art Opening at Gotham Bowery

​Join us to celebrate the opening of WE ARE ALL ART, the first solo exhibition by Brooklyn-born artist Sabrina Bernstein, March 12 on The Mezz at Gotham Bowery. The exhibition marks the first time Bernstein’s widely followed fire escape sketch series will be presented in a gallery setting.

Bernstein has garnered national attention for her intimate, fast-moving drawings of New Yorkers observed from her apartment fire escape. What began as a personal creative ritual evolved into a viral series, amassing millions of views and a loyal audience drawn to her ability to capture the individuality, movement, and collective rhythm of both humanity and city life.

In WE ARE ALL ART, visitors will experience Bernstein’s sketches not as fleeting social content, but as an interactive archive to the series as a whole: an ode to individuality, collective movement, and the city’s endless tangles of simultaneous stories happening at once. Created exclusively for the exhibition, a limited edition Gotham x Sabrina Bernstein WE ARE ALL ART print will be available for purchase at Gotham, along with a limited edition sketchbook designed by the artist.
