Amy Zhang - Head of APAC, Fireblocks

​Amy Zhang is Head of APAC at Fireblocks, an enterprise platform providing digital asset infrastructure solutions to businesses building on blockchain. With more than 14 years’ experience in both traditional finance and the digital assets space, Amy was previously the Head of Sales at Diginex, a NASDAQ-listed digital assets financial services company, where she oversaw the growth of its custody, trading solutions, and exchange business verticals.

Penny Chai - VP of Sales, Sumsub

​Penny Chai serves as Vice President of APAC at Sumsub. She brings with her over 25 years of experience in partnerships, business development and marketing.

​Prior to her role at Sumsub, Penny was the Director of Global Partnerships at the predictive cryptocurrency risks and intelligence platform Merkle Science where she spearheaded the design of the partner program and implemented it globally. Additionally, she was the Channels Director for APAC at Jumio, overseeing the continuous development of the indirect business for the company in APAC. Under her leadership, Penny designed and built the global partner program, growing the APAC partner business by more than 500% in 2.5 years.

Jeffrey Tchui - Executive Director, Hashgraph and Executive Director, Web3 Harbour

​Jeff is the Executive Director of Web3 Harbour, Hong Kong's premier member driven web3 industry association where we bridge private sector commitments to public sector priorities through community engagement.

​With nearly 20 years of experience in advisory, ventures, and growth, Jeff has led numerous global AI, blockchain, cloud, and data transformation projects for web2 and web3 (protocols, ecosystem & startups), large enterprises, and the public sector.
