Whether you're a seasoned creative, a casual gamer, or just trying to find a meaningful hobby, this event is for you and your mental resilience!

In this 30-minute interactive sharing, you will learn:
✨ The Science of Joy: Why hobbies are essential for stress relief and how they build resilience (not just distractions!).
✨ The Confidence Builder: How to define what you want by using The Elimination Method—a technique used by the GRIP Connect founder to find her true path.
✨ Passion Meets Practicality: Simple, effective strategies for planning your finances so your hobby is always sustainable and enjoyable (never stressful!).
✨ The Value Stack Game: Participate in a quick, reflective game to identify what your hobby truly gives you and how to protect it.
