Sarah Thomas - the Program Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Programs at The Venture Center, and wellness advocate working at the intersection of technology, health equity, and innovation. She guides startups and veteran-owned enterprises through product development and funding, while also collaborating with federal agencies as a researcher at UAMS.
Gerda-Annika Laager - Founder & CEO, Thistle OÜ. A founder and business leader with 10+ years of experience scaling companies, leading complex operations, and driving strategic growth. Her background spans international project management, financial strategy, and market expansion. Today she leads Thistle OÜ in the DefenceTech space, building next-generation AI-powered counter-drone systems to protect people and infrastructure.
Rikke Clausen - Investor & owner at “RCL 2004 A/S”. Rikke is passionate about network, climate, and making a difference. Investor primarily within Climate tech startups. Director of the board in her investment company. She’s also an advisor and mentor for startups. Member of the Investor network for women in Denmark: Angella Invest.
