Women in Climate Evening
Women in Climate Evening 2026 is an invite only convening focused on advancing women’s leadership in sustainable innovation. This year’s edition is themed “Scaling Women in Sustainable Innovation” and is hosted in partnership with the International Finance Corporation and Climate Collective Foundation.
By convening investors, development finance institutions, philanthropic organisations, ecosystem enablers, and women entrepreneurs, the evening aims to explore practical pathways to strengthen women’s participation and leadership in sustainability-led innovation across India and the Global South.
Hosted as part of Delhi Climate Innovation Week 2026, the Women in Climate Evening is designed as a focused, outcomes-oriented gathering within a broader moment of action-creating space for conversations to move beyond visibility towards scale, viability, and sustained impact.
The Evening brings together diverse stakeholders to examine what it takes for women-led sustainable innovations to grow: how capital is mobilized, where partnerships form, and how ecosystems can better enable women entrepreneurs to scale solutions addressing environmental and sustainability challenges.
The programme includes:
A moderated discussion grounded in the perspectives of women founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders
A curated showcase of women-led sustainability and innovation-driven solutions
Small, invitation-only roundtables designed to enable candid, peer-level discussions among founders, investors, and ecosystem partners
The roundtables prioritise depth and substance, providing a confidential setting for participants to share experiences, discuss constraints, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
This is not a large conference or a networking mixer. Attendance is limited and curated to ensure a relevant mix of decision-makers, operators, and enablers in the room.
