The Craft Collective Event Cancellation Policy

​To keep our community flowing with good vibes and fairness, please review our cancellation policy:

​Only RSVP for events you know you can attend. Many of our events have limited space, and we provide headcount's to our host venues — your RSVP holds a spot someone else may need.

​If you can’t make it, you’re more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or another creative — replacing your presence means it will not be counted as a no-show. You can use the Geneva app or connect with others through our social media to trade or transfer tickets.

​If you can’t make it, please cancel your RSVP at least 2–3 days in advance so we can offer your seat to another creative in the community.

​We get that life happens — if you have an emergency or last-minute conflict, cancel as early as possible and can notify an admin directly.

All ticket sales are final. The Craft Collective operates with a strict 

, as materials and venue accommodations are prepared in advance based on RSVP headcounts. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend — simply notify us so we can update the guest list. Utilize the Geneva app or our social media accounts to coordinate a ticket transfer.

21+ Event: ✨ Sip Happens, Let’s Craft: Open Craft Night with Craft Collective Philly ✨

Welcome to Sip Happens, Let’s Craft. This is our chill, creative open craft night where you can unwind, make something beautiful, and vibe with your community.

Bring a project you are already working on or start something brand new with us. Whether you are knitting, crocheting, junk journaling, scrapbooking, collaging, making jewelry, painting, creating a bag charm, or just creating, we have a spot for you.

If you are arriving without a project, no problem. We will have plenty of paper crafting supplies ready for you. Stickers, backgrounds, cardstock, small journals, glue, scissors, and more.

Come alone or come with friends. It is always a vibe. DJ Mac Wondo will be playing the sounds and setting the creative tone for the night.

We kindly ask everyone to support our venue, Margolis, by purchasing food and or drinks while attending. Your support keeps community-centered creative nights possible.

We will also have a raffle or two with fun prizes for our crafters.
