Presented by the AEG DMV 25Q2 Building Conversion & Electrification TCL Task Force and Hosted by the Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA), this convening brings together regulators, developers, and market stakeholders to address the urgent challenges and opportunities in multifamily building electrification.
The purpose of this convening is to align regulators, building owners, and market leaders on the regulatory, financial, and technical pathways to multifamily building electrification. By identifying critical barriers, sharing best practices, and charting actionable next steps, the convening will accelerate the District’s transition to healthier, more resilient, and climate-aligned housing.
