Olubanwo (Olu) Aruleba

Olubanwo (Olu) Aruleba is a seasoned Technical Recruiter, probono Career Transition advisor, and Entrepreneur with over eight years of experience recruiting across Software Engineering, Data Science, Technical Product & Program, and Cybersecurity. He specializes in hard-to-hire technical roles through deep role scoping, direct sourcing, and data-driven talent strategy.

Known for his strong ownership and partnership skillset, Olu translates complex technical and business needs into scalable hiring solutions. Alongside his recruiting work, he’s a founder of Ko Cafe, a Jersey City community staple and a budding culinary experience brand known as Nourishment.

Ryan Maestre

Ryan Maestre is a Senior Technical Early Talent Recruiter & Program Manager at MongoDB, based in New York City. He has spent the past five years supporting and scaling early talent programs, partnering closely with engineering stakeholders on hiring strategy, candidate assessment, and intern-to-new-grad pipelines. Ryan’s work sits at the intersection of recruiting operations and candidate experience - translating what hiring teams actually look for into clear, actionable guidance for applicants.

He enjoys helping students and early-career professionals improve their job search through stronger storytelling, more targeted outreach, and smarter use of modern tools like LinkedIn and AI assistants for research, networking, and interview preparation.

Tina Muiruri

Tina Muiruri is a recruiter with over 10 years of experience. For the last five years, she has been leading Product Management recruiting at Uber. In this role, she partners closely with product, design, and engineering leaders to build high-impact teams, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and long-term fit.

In the past, she has freelanced as a career coach, an experience that continues to shape how she approaches recruiting today. She values relationship-building and believes in providing transparent, practical, and actionable advice to people navigating the job market. In her current role, she is known for her strategic sourcing approach, trusted stakeholder partnerships, and ability to identify talent that blends technical excellence with strong product judgment.
