Olubanwo (Olu) Aruleba is a seasoned Technical Recruiter, probono Career Transition advisor, and Entrepreneur with over eight years of experience recruiting across Software Engineering, Data Science, Technical Product & Program, and Cybersecurity. He specializes in hard-to-hire technical roles through deep role scoping, direct sourcing, and data-driven talent strategy.
Known for his strong ownership and partnership skillset, Olu translates complex technical and business needs into scalable hiring solutions. Alongside his recruiting work, he’s a founder of Ko Cafe, a Jersey City community staple and a budding culinary experience brand known as Nourishment.
Ryan Maestre
Ryan Maestre is a Senior Technical Early Talent Recruiter & Program Manager at MongoDB, based in New York City. He has spent the past five years supporting and scaling early talent programs, partnering closely with engineering stakeholders on hiring strategy, candidate assessment, and intern-to-new-grad pipelines.
