When data becomes art & art becomes care | Médecins Sans Frontières & RVig
Stories of Care | Digital art, data & humanitarian practice
Featuring Médecins Sans Frontières, RVig & The Good Token Society
What happens when data from the field become not just information but artistic emotion?
On December 2, Artverse Paris will host a special edition of "Stories of Care", a unique program initiated by Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) exploring how on-chain mechanisms and digital art can broaden support for humanitarian action.
The event will present Field Impact, a generative series created by the artist RVig that transforms MSF's work into evolving visual forms.
In a world saturated with images, Field Impact brings attention to MSF's social mission.
Minted on ArtBlocks, the works reflect medical activity across different contexts, using algorithms to convey scale, urgency, and patterns of intervention.
It reminds us that behind each dataset lies a story of courage, of medical intervention and patients treated.
This session will bring together voices at the intersection of creative coding, philanthropy and blockchain infrastructure:
RVig, artist behind Field Impact
Mario Stephan, Head of Philanthropy Diversification & Impact, Médecins Sans Frontières
Emilie-Alice Fabrizi, President The Good Token Society advocating for new models of on-chain engagement
Jacques-André Finès-Schlumberger, Head of Operations Blockchain For Good
They will discuss how digital artwork can carry meaning beyond aesthetics and what sustainable frameworks are emerging for collectors looking to support real-world initiatives through blockchain.
