Parents and Carers of Primary School Aged Children – Join us for a session on the transition to secondary school!
With councils sending offers of secondary school places to families in March, this is a perfect time to prepare for the next big step. Hosted by RSBC's Family Support team, this online session is designed to support parents and carers of vision impaired children as they navigate this important transition.
This online session will cover:
Preparing families for school placement and transition
Navigating the move from primary to secondary school
Supporting your child emotionally during this change
Peer support and resources to help you feel confident
What to expect:
A welcoming space to learn and ask questions
Practical tips and strategies for a smooth transition
A chance to connect with other parents and carers
