About Event

When a clean energy sale touches multiple parties (a manufacturer, a platform, a financier, an installer) someone has to own the customer relationship. But in practice, it’s not always clear who does. The handoffs get messy, the value proposition gets diluted, and the consumer drops out before the deal closes. Every deal that falls apart at the handoff is a heat pump not installed, a battery not deployed, a household still on fossil fuels.

This hands-on workshop is for anyone selling complex energy solutions through partners: energy, home services, fintech, health tech, or beyond. We'll work through the real tension at the center of B2B2C sales — who holds the relationship, who controls the message, and how to structure partnerships so the customer actually makes it to the finish line.

Come if you're a founder, operator, or sales lead navigating a multi-party deal structure. You'll leave with a practical customer journey map of your own deal structure: handoffs charted, friction points flagged, and a clearer picture of where your partnership is losing customers and why.

Moderator: Sam Fallon, Founder Hawk and Heron Marketing
