We’ll explore these topics:
• Energy Resilience – staying powered during disruptions
• Energy Access & Affordability – making energy more accessible and affordable
• Community Energy Systems – sharing resources and building local solutions

Talk title: VPPs have a people problem
Description: Load flexibility is having a moment, so why are we still struggling to scale VPPs? While we can automate an EV to charge at midnight, we cannot automate customer trust. To truly turn households into grid assets, we must move beyond treating customers like interchangeable widgets and begin activating them through high-impact personalized engagement.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided!
