Eligibility:
Media passes are reserved for accredited journalists, photographers, videographers, and editorial staff representing recognized media outlets, including print, broadcast, and digital platforms. Freelancers must provide proof of recent, relevant publications.

Access & Benefits:

Admission to all public summit sessions (main stage, keynotes, and roundtables, space permitting).

Access to the designated Press Lounge and interview zones.

Advance press materials, media kits, and speaker access (by request).

Use of the summit media desk for scheduling interviews with speakers or delegates.

Exclusions:

Media passes do not include access to private, closed-door sessions unless explicitly approved.

Travel, accommodation, and personal expenses are not covered.

Media passes are non-transferable.

Approval Process:
We reserve the right to decline accreditation if eligibility criteria are not met.

Summit directory: Full member directory available after Davos for follow-up. Name, org, title, LinkedIn. Only members who share their info get access.

Priority RSVP
Register first. When sessions hit capacity, members get processed before any free seating is released.

Priority Seating
Confirmed members have access to reserved seating. Arrive up to 10 minutes before the session starts and your seat is held. After that, it goes to the waitlist.

unConference Sessions & Ignite Talks
unConference: Run your own session at the Monday unConference. Members can propose and lead sessions.
Ignite Talks: Priority for 5-minute Ignite Talk presentations. Members processed first.
