The Salon
Unveiling the First Exhibition of the Season
The Salon returns to New York City for one of only four global gatherings in 2026—a rare, invitation-only evening celebrating award-winning emerging artists from Paris and New York.
Artwork Preview & Collection Revealed February 14th
The Setting
Step through the doors of a historic home tucked away in the Lower East Village, just off Houston Street. You'll find yourself beneath gilded chandeliers in a storied residence that has welcomed presidents, Hollywood stars, and cultural icons through its doors for generations. The home belongs to a gracious matron and devoted supporter of the arts, who opens her residence for this singular evening.
A double-decker grand ballroom serves as the heart of the gathering, where award-winning emerging artists from Paris and New York present evocative figurative and abstract works. Art spills beyond the ballroom into five intimate bedrooms, candlelit hallways, and elegant sitting rooms—existing as it was always meant to: woven into the fabric of life, discovered around corners, framed by arched doorways and city-view windows.
Guests are invited to roam freely, select artworks that feel right and exciting for their collection, and support the emerging artists between Paris and New York in the salon style we know and love.
The Evening
7:00 PM – Doors open. The residence comes alive.
8:00 PM – Opening Salon toast (Don't miss this—it sets the tone for everything that follows)
9:00 PM – First Artist Talk
9:30 PM – Second Artist Talk
10:00 PM – Live piano performance
11:00 PM – Closing remarks
Throughout the evening, you'll hear from artists live, experience a piano performance, and encounter poetry readings unfolding quietly throughout the residence.
This all kicks off with our signature Salon toast and a plethora of Salon traditions we are excited to welcome you to.
Hospitality
A rustic French midnight picnic will be served throughout the evening—dark breads, rich cheeses, figs, and iconic desserts. Waiters will be bustling about, serving premium cocktails, wine, and bubbly to your heart's desire. Non-alcoholic options will also be available.

A Note on the Evening
This is a gathering rooted in attentiveness, curiosity, and reverence for the work. Phone use is encouraged in moderation.
An evening that values presence over performance, and intimacy over scale.
