In this session, we'll discuss how to read that story, identify strengths and challenges, and use financial information to make more informed business decisions. The goal is not to turn you into an accountant, but to help you feel more confident using your numbers to run and grow your business.

​Zach McArdle is a Business Banking Team Leader with M&T Bank. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with business owners across Western New York, helping them understand their finances, evaluate opportunities, and make informed business decisions. He enjoys combining his background in accounting and banking with practical, real-world conversations that help entrepreneurs grow their businesses. Zach is a CPA (inactive) and holds an MBA in Finance from Canisius University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and is passionate about Buffalo sports.
