About Event
Enterprise pilots used to require a small engineering team just to stand up a working prototype. That's no longer true. This session is a tactical walkthrough of how a single forward-deployed PM can use AI agents to scope, build, and iterate on a customer-facing pilot end-to-end — no dedicated engineers required.
The host is a Senior AI Product Manager at Microsoft who will cover how to pick the right tools for rapid prototyping in front of a live customer, where AI agents genuinely replace engineering effort versus where they create new risk, and how to manage the handoff when a pilot needs to graduate into a real engineering build. Expect a live or recorded demo of an actual pilot workflow, not just slides.
