About Event

If you're a small team trying to ship faster than your headcount suggests, this one's for you.

Most teams have the tools. What they don't have is the wiring, the thing that carries a customer's problem all the way to production without someone manually retyping it into a ticket at three in the morning.

Brickanta built that wiring, and won Techarena's Startup Company of the Year 2026 doing it. This talk is the whole stack, unedited.

What we'll cover

Every customer call ends up as searchable knowledge in an LLM wiki. From there a discussion becomes a ticket, a ticket becomes code, and evals decide whether it ships. On the other end, LangSmith Engine maps production alerts back to traces and proposes the next improvement, which is what actually closes the loop.

We'll name every tool in the chain on the night, walk the handoffs one by one, and spend most of the time on the two hardest parts: deciding what's actually worth evaluating, and turning production alerts into improvements rather than dashboards nobody reads. Including the handoffs where context still leaks.

What you'll take away

  • A working architecture for getting customer signal into feature, shipping 10x your headcount

  • A practical view on what's worth evaluating and what isn't, from a team that got this wrong first

  • An honest account of which parts of this still need a human, and why

Who should attend

Engineers building LLM applications, plus technical founders and small teams. No LangChain or LangSmith experience needed; the concepts carry over regardless of your framework.
