Anup Yanamandra

Anup Yanamandra is the Founder of OneBenefits, the AI platform rethinking how benefits teams engage employees year-round with measurable ROI. His work sits at the intersection of HR SaaS, applied AI, and enterprise product engineering — turning deep domain insight into systems that are simple for employees, effective for HR, and accountable to leadership. Over 20+ years, he has scaled talent and performance platforms serving 40M+ users globally, including a $275M ARR portfolio at SAP SuccessFactors - now live in 5,000+ organizations worldwide. He has previously served as Chief Product Officer at Betterworks and Chief Product & Technology Officer at Strive Benefits. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business and a Computer Science degree from NIT Warangal.

Jacquelyn Kong

Jacquelyn Kong is a Benefits leader and Advisor at OneBenefits, bringing over a decade of hands-on expertise designing and running benefits programs at high-growth technology companies. Most recently, she was Benefits Program Manager at Udemy, where she led the strategy, compliance, and communications behind a global benefits portfolio. Before Udemy, she built out benefits operations at Snowflake through its hypergrowth years, and held HR and benefits roles at Tile. Her work sits at the intersection of benefits strategy, employee experience, and operational execution — grounded in a practitioner's view of what actually moves engagement, utilization, and satisfaction for employees. She holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of California, Davis and a Human Resources Management Certification from UC Berkeley Extension.
