February Future Funders - Matt Medrano - In Person @ Commerce Club

​Future Funders is a new initiative designed to equip aspiring business owners with the knowledge, exposure, and network to confidently engage in investing and ownership.

​Participants will gain insight into the investment and purchasing processes, build meaningful relationships with experienced investors and peers, and learn how to identify and support promising early-stage companies.

​February Focus: Private Credit and Real Estate lending

​This month we're joined by Matt Medrano, Managing Partner and Chief Revenue Officer of Dynamo Capital, a Wichita-based private real estate lending firm that provides bridge and fix-and-flip financing to real estate investors across the region. 

​After building a career in finance and real estate lending, Matt co-founded Dynamo Capital to meet a growing need for fast, flexible financing that traditional banks often cannot provide. Since launching the firm, he has helped raise capital from local Wichita investors, deploy loans into hundreds of real estate projects, and build Dynamo into a scalable private credit platform rooted in the Wichita community.
