Portal & Paladin Present: Pizza, Policy, and the Problem with Orbital Debris @ Satshow 2026
During SatShow 2026, when most people are standing in a long lunch line for, let’s be honest, pretty average conference food, Portal Space Systems and Paladin Space are hosting a pizza-powered lunchtime get-together just outside the conference center with fresh Italian food, drinks, and a candid conversation about one of the biggest operational challenges in space today: orbital debris.
At the first annual Portal & Paladin Present: Pizza, Policy, and the Problem with Orbital Debris, we’re bringing together leaders from defense, civil, and commercial space to talk about why debris remediation has remained stuck in the demonstration phase for so long, what has changed to elevate the urgency of the issue, and what it will take to move from awareness to operational reality.
And yes, we’re confident lunch will be better than whatever’s happening in the conference hall.
If you received this invitation, it’s because we believe you’re someone who has either been impacted by orbital debris or is actively working on the challenge. Our goal is to bring together a room full of people who are serious about moving debris remediation from ideas and demonstrations into real operational capability.
RSVP is required. Lunch and drinks will be provided.
The panel discussion will take place from 12:30–1:00 PM ET. Food, drinks, and networking will be available from 12:00–2:00 PM ET.
