​People call artificial intelligence the start of a new era: machines that can think, create, and do our work for us. But maybe the real game-changer already happened when plumbing, clean water, and electricity made life actually livable.

​This meetup is about taking a step back from the hype and asking what really counts as progress. Which inventions truly changed how we live, and which just make noise about it? Is AI really more important than running water, vaccines, or the fridge?

​No experts, no slides, no pressure. Just a group chat about tech, comfort, and what we mean when we say something “changed the world.”
